The scientific journal Constructive Geography and Rational Use of Natural Resources highlights original research on various aspects of theory and practice in the field of geographic sciences, geographic education, and related fields of science, providing open access to articles through this platform. The works published in the journal are intended for teachers, scientists and students specializing in relevant or related fields of science.

Number 2 of issue 1 is devoted to updating the issues of finding vectors for the development of strategic partnership with the countries of the European Community in the post-war period for the effective restoration of tourist flows, the identification of promising markets and competitive tourist products, as well as the development of recommendations aimed at the development of the tourism sector. The number presents practical developments in the implementation of methods and techniques of game technologies in geography lessons and their consideration as effective means that maximally activate the independent cognitive activity of students. Separate issues covered in the issue of the magazine are devoted to the analysis of tourism and recreation opportunities in the territory of Ukraine, with the determination of positive and negative aspects of recreational and economic use of nature conservation areas, and the level of employment and unemployment in EU countries among women and men before the pandemic and in the modern period is analyzed.

The state of international cooperation between Ukraine and Germany in the field of tourism

Annotation. The aim of the article is to determine, based on the analysis of international cooperation between Ukraine and Germany in the field of tourism, the prospects of such a strategic partnership and vectors of its development in the postcovid period for effective restoration of tourist flows between countries. Methodology: the research was conducted on the basis of general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis of information (analytical collection of information, its generalization and systematization) from government portals, data of border services, tourist portals of both countries, etc. Results: Diplomatic agreements related to tourism are analyzed, potential subjects of international cooperation in both countries are identified, tourist flows between the countries at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic are analyzed. Prospects for cooperation in the context of the development of Ukrainian-German relations to restore the tourism market in the postcovid period are considered. Scientific novelty: the role of Germany as an important strategic partner in the development of tourism in Ukraine (both inbound and national), identifying promising types of tourism with which each destination can be positioned in the partner tourism market in the late period. Practical significance: the developed practical recommendations can be used to justify the strategic partnership of Ukraine with Germany by the executive authorities in the field of tourism in creating a marketing strategy to promote Ukraine as a tourist destination; for tourism entities and organizations for the management of tourist destinations, possible partner organizations in Germany have been identified to build cooperation in order to restore the flow of tourists in the post-harvest period, recommendations for participation in international exhibitions have been provided.

The state of international cooperation between Ukraine and Georgia in the field of tourism

Annotation. The article examines the basic principles and the current state of international cooperation between Ukraine and Georgia in the field of tourism, as well as identifies the main tasks for strengthening partnership between the countries. The expediency of an active state policy to support and develop the tourism sector, the development of the tourism industry and international cooperation has been substantiated. The real and expected socio-economic consequences of the 2020 pandemic in the context of relations between Ukraine and Georgia are analyzed and certain factors related to the impact of COVID-19 on the tourism sector are given. Promising markets and competitive tourism products have been identified, and recommendations have been developed aimed at developing the tourism sector. A number of aspects of the impact of the pandemic on the national tourism of selected countries are considered. The main ways of solving in the disclosure of the tourist potential of the country in the post-Covid period are proposed. Trends and prospects for the development of international cooperation in the field of tourism, taking into account the impact of the pandemic, are highlighted.

Analysis of natural resources of the Shatsky National Park to ensure recreational and tourist activities

Annotation. The article analyzes the natural conditions of the Shatsky National Nature Park: its flora and fauna, features of relief and climate, the uniqueness of hydrographic objects of the study area. Emphasis is placed on the peculiarities of the landscape structure and functional zoning of the park. The materials for the research are open information sources, scientific articles and publications on the research territory, cartographic materials, etc. The main methods of research are content analysis, comparative geography, and descriptive. The tourist and recreational potential of the researched NNP is determined, the positive and negative sides of recreational and economic use of the territory are determined, the SWOT-analysis of recreation and tourism in NNP is carried out.

International cooperation in the field of recreation and tourism between Ukraine and Moldova

Annotation. The main purpose of the study is to analyze the cooperation in the field of recreation and tourism between Ukraine and Moldova. Techniques that were used in the study include: comparison, analysis and synthesis, the method of generalization. Regarding the relevance of the study, it should be noted that the work analyzes the relationship in the field of tourism between Moldova and Ukraine in the period before and during the co-pandemic. The analysis shows the statistical indicators of the mutual flow of tourists for 2014-2017, promising areas of tourism in Moldova and Ukraine. The paper also considers the period from the beginning of 2021, when quarantine restrictions gradually began to ease. That is, the work, in turn, is relevant for the study of tourism relations between the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine. In the main results it should be noted that this paper analyzes the relationship in the field of tourism between Ukraine and Moldova before the pandemic, as well as during the pandemic. This analysis includes the legal framework, the main types of recreation offered by Moldovan tour operators in Ukraine and Ukrainian in Moldova, the general characteristics of the tourist flow between countries, as well as practical recommendations for its optimization in the post-harvest period. The analyzed data can be used for further in-depth study of the relationship in the field of tourism between Ukraine and Moldova. The data involved will help to reveal mutually attractive tourist destinations for both countries. The analyzed data before the epidemic allow to reflect the impact of COVID-19 on tourism in Ukraine and Moldova.

Socio-geographical features of the labor market before the pandemic and in the modern period

Annotation. Unemployment and employment are important indicators of the labor market. The negative consequences of the pandemic have affected not only the domestic labor market, but also the world and Europe in particular. Studies of the peculiarities of the labor market are relevant today. The level of employment and unemployment in the EU countries in 2010, 2018 and 2020 was analyzed. The high level of employment for both men and women in 2020 was in Denmark, Sweden, Great Britain, Germany, Malta and the Netherlands. High unemployment in 2020 is characteristic of France, Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden. The pandemic has contributed to the spread of such a phenomenon as telecommuting in the labor market. The level of unemployment and the level of employment in the regions of Ukraine in the dynamics are analyzed.The highest level of employment of the population of Ukraine in 2020 is typical for Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Mykolaiv and Cherkasy regions, and the lowest - for Ternopil, Donetsk and Volyn regions. The highest unemployment rate in 2020 in Ukraine was in Luhansk, Donetsk, Kirovohrad, Volyn, Poltava, Chernihiv, Ternopil, Kherson regions, and the lowest level - Kharkiv, Kyiv, Odessa, Lviv region and Kyiv. The issue of wages of the population of Ukraine in 2020 has been studied. By the method of ranks, the regions of Ukraine were grouped according to the conditions on the labor market of Ukraine on the basis of such indicators as the level of employment, unemployment, average monthly wages and participation of the population in the labor force.

Game technologies in geography lessons as a way to actualize the cognitive interests of students Secondary Education Institution

Annotation. The article describes a thematic example of motivating students of 6-8 grades by using game technologies in geography lessons. We observed 24 students during one semester to gather information. Students results in school activities are correlated with the opportunities and methods used by teachers in the classroom. We noticed that the more interesting approach a teacher use for his lessons, the better students are able to learn material. New technologies have become indispensable in the lives of students, they affect the personal development of each individual. In our opinion, main issues of modern education are the development of the student's personality, his creative potential, activity in learning new theoretical knowledge and practical skills. We significantly increased the independent cognitive activity of students, by introducing new forms and methods, techniques and tools which improve the learning process. This article lists interactive games that can be used as a basis during geography lessons. As a result of research and observations, it was concluded that the use of new technologies in geography lessons is important because it helps to form and consolidate knowledge. Moreover, the article provides an opportunity for teachers to think about the beneficial inclusion of game technologies in broad curricula.

World and Ukrainian tourist market during the COVID-19 pandemic

Annotation. The tourism industry has suffered the most from the COVID-19 pandemic. The article considers the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the tourist market of the world and Ukraine. Its development trends are determined and the main indicators are analyzed. Foreign and domestic experience in overcoming the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic in the tourism sector is considered. Recommendations for mitigating the socio-economic impact of the pandemic on tourism in different countries are proposed, as well as important measures to be included in the anti-crisis plan in Ukraine.
