Annotation. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the current state and spatial organization of tourist and recreational sites in the Kyiv region based on official registers, materials from public authorities, and the offers of tourism enterprises. The historical-cultural and natural conservation potential of the region is assessed through the identification of quantitative indicators of immovable monuments of national and local significance, museums, as well as territories and objects of Ukraine's nature reserve fund. It has been established that tourist sites are generally relatively evenly distributed across the administrative districts of the region; however, a noticeable deficit is observed in the Brovary district, with slightly lower indicators also recorded in the Fastiv district. A classification of tourist sites by main categories has been carried out, among which religious buildings, natural sites, museums, and monuments dominate, forming the core of the region's tourism attractiveness. The offers of leading tour operators have been analyzed, revealing a limited representation of domestic tours within the Kyiv region and a general focus of many companies on outbound tourism. Discrepancies have been identified between official registry data and actual tourism offerings, particularly regarding the number and typology of sites. An expansion of official lists is proposed through the inclusion of new locations and objects featured in tourist routes. It is concluded that the list of tourist sites in the region is dynamic, open to change, and has significant potential for further development.
