Development of a concept for the recreational improvement of the territory of the eastern part of «Nyvky» park

Annotation. The main purpose of the article is to develop a concept for the improvement of the Nyvky Park in the city of Kyiv. The object of the study is the eastern part of the Nyvky Park. The article analyzes the landscape conditions and existing infrastructure regarding the need for recreational improvement measures. Based on the analysis, care and improvement measures for the vegetation cover are recommended. Measures for the improvement of the road network and lighting were proposed, namely the reconstruction and creation of roads, pedestrian and bicycle paths, main lighting, local and architectural lighting. It is also recommended to create a barbecue area, children's and sports grounds, and reconstruct a football field, which will provide opportunities for recreation for park visitors of different ages and interests. Appropriate maps have been developed for objects that require creation or reconstruction.
