Experience of State and Regional Reconstruction Following Military Conflicts After World War II

Annotation. The article analyzes the international experience of recovery and reconstruction of affected countries and regions in the post-war period of the second half of the 20th century. The author examines the effectiveness of the Marshall Plan, the Monnet Plan, and the economic development of the state of Israel in the context of Arab-Israeli conflicts. The paper provides a general overview of the geography of wars after World War II and gives examples of changes in war technology, indicating a reconsideration of approaches to understanding the term "war." The purpose of the article is to study in detail the experience of other states that have been affected by war and to assess the effectiveness of recovery programs.
